El Relleno has become law amidst the underworld after proving his spiritual connection to the camera and nature. There has been a slow but steady acceptance of this however the man himself has doubts and requires approval from his peers to begin the task of altering humanity for the better.

El (sometimes referred to as "the filling") has been interrupted many times in his life. He sought answers to these objections to his existence and found solace in art. He has been taking photographs of nature these past 6 months and the results have led him to believe that he has found the answer to everything. All he has to do now is make friends.
