This is painted  on Habotai Silk which is one of the bestsilks for painting.I firstly did a drawing on paper, freehand ,with a pencil ,then lightly copied it onto the silk . It is an original and my take on the Scottish Wildcats.They resemble a tabby cat but are bigger and have much flatter ears to enable them to hear more sound.I used cleargutta to outline the shape and prevent the Silk dye from bleeding.
