I am an amateur artist and have been painting for about 2 years. I like to paint using acrylics and enjoy adding depth and texture with oil pastels and metallic paints. My work usually features the female face and nature. When I am painting, I feel focussed and relaxed and it’s like an escape from the busy world. I hope when people view my paintings they feel calm and relaxed. Women are a force of nature and are stronger than they realise, I think they can be powerful and successful and bring beauty and hope in a quiet and confident way, just like Mother Nature.
