My drawings focus on the mundanity of the found scene. Acting as windows into the everyday, they reference the unlikely and spontaneous interactions of objects and structures in neglected hidden spaces. The materials depicted find themselves elevated and displaced; made subject within their unnatural habitats. A particular interest in surfaces and textures modified by anonymous entities create rich surface histories alluding to the many curious ways we interact and use urban space.
