Frances Clark

Since retiring from my work as an Adult Psychotherapist I have been able to devote more time to painting .Painting ,throughout my adult life has been a great friend allowing us me to both  express and contain emotions I like to immerse myself in the countryside looking at the different facets of nature and the quirkiness of spaces .I am also drawn to portraiture as in both cases the expression in paint of the interplay between light and shadow is a major factor in how I try to express what I see and feel
