Oil on board. This small painting shows an unusually sunny summer scene on Glasgow’s Queen Street. I liked the contrast between the sun and shadows as well as the composition of the main character, secondary character and lastly the bus (and it’s driver). The painting is mounted in a ‘floating frame’ of black painted wood. The frame is 1 cm wide and 3 cm deep.
