This painting is part of a series that came about from working more mindfully, focusing inwards and connecting more with my art. Spending time just being still and quiet has been so beneficial to my wellbeing, whether it is whilst meditating, painting or being in nature. It is like taking a big inhale and letting out a huge sigh, releasing any physical or mental tensions.
