Oil on canvas. These are apples from my allotment. They are painted smaller than actual size which can be easily 12 cm diameter. The pple variety is Howgate Wonder and produces excellent cooking apples which are delicious in crumble or tray bakes. I planted the tree almost 20 years ago with my Dad. It nice to remember him this way.
