Mid winter brings a clear, still and silent hush across the moor. Summer water, moor, mud and heather lie encased under a pure, blue, smooth mirror bringing two landscapes together. The sharpness of the ice and mountains matched only by the sharpness of every breath in the winter cold.
Created from photographic studies which are scanned and digitised. The forms are then overworked by hand in Adobe Illustrator and colourised using limited colour pallets to simplify the image finding graphical shapes to form the scene.
