A lot of my work is rooted in my childhood experiences, coming to terms with trauma and ending mental health stigma.  

Creating allows me to express myself visually as I find it difficult to use words, I also use it as a way to ward off anxiety.  

Common themes I explore include trauma, grief, addiction, abuse, disconnection and identity.

I experiment with various processes such as film, sound, drawing, textiles and printmaking.
