In ‘Lighters’ I explore compulsive and addictive behaviours, something that I have?witnessed and dealt with my entire life. ?I am drawn to the use of repetition and repetitive behaviour?when creating something. ?My aim was to create something that disorientated the viewer visually?and audibly, distorting and overlapping the sound along with the speed to create an uncomfortable?environment, similar to the discomfort experienced by these compulsive behaviours.?
