15+ years of experience in facilitating therapeutic, arts-based workshops utilising skills in storytelling, mixed media, bookbinding, art and collage. I am a mixed media artist who creates artisanal books and ephemera in the style of vintage junk journals. I am a Professional, Therapeutic Storyteller and facilitate workshops with this approach. I have a broad range of creative writing, art and crafting skills which add a meaningful, therapeutic dimension to my work. I am highly skilled in leading individuals and groups in a process of exploration through the telling of stories, writing and then processing all through the creation of ‘visual narratives’ and holding a safe space for participants.
